System administrator m/w/d

For our IT - department we are searching for a system administrator at the next possible time.

Your profile:

• Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration, IT degree or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years experience in IT as a system administrator
• good knowledge of both German and English. German language skills at least at B2 level. Please add appropriate certificates to your job application.
• You like to work in a team

Good expertise in the following areas:

• Windows Server
• Active Directory - Inhouse + Cloud
• Office 365
• Linux (ideally CentOS)
• Backup strategies
• DNS, WLAN, Routing
• Squid
• Pound
• nginx
• Virtualization, LXC, Docker, Proxmox, Virtual Box
• Apache
• Samba
• HTTPS
• Batch/Bash scripting

Basic knowledge in the following areas:

• databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Telephone systems

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the trouble-free operation, maintenance and further development of hardware
• You will help with the troubleshooting of hardware and software
• You are willing to work for maintenance work occasionally out of normal working hours
• You work in a structured and conceptual way
• Documentation of processes and solutions
• You can explain IT problems in an easy-to-understand way
