For GeoFly, INTERGEO 2025 in Frankfurt am Main (October 7–9, 2025) was above all else: a place where brief encounters blossomed into genuine connections – professional, personal, and forward-looking.
We reconnected with many familiar faces, forged new relationships, and realized the rapidly growing demand for reliable geodata – not as a mere "nice to have," but as a foundation for decisions in planning, infrastructure, the environment, and climate. These very conversations shaped our time in Frankfurt: concrete use cases, honest questions about data quality, interfaces, and processes – and, again and again, the shared ambition to move projects from concept to implementation more quickly and directly.
The exchange about rapidly gaining momentum was particularly valuable: How can thermal data be effectively integrated into planning and verification processes? Where do LiDAR, true orthophotos, oblique imaging, and 3D products offer the greatest leverage – and what is needed to ensure that results truly translate into practical applications? These discussions on equal footing are at the heart of INTERGEO for us.
Thank you to everyone who visited our booth, contributed their ideas, and shared their experiences. And: We'll be back.
